We all know that nature has supplied us with all the medicine and anecdotes we need to stay healthy, and though some may not agree, I feel that a natural based skin care is more effective and safer than any synthetic based, mass produced concoction.

There are organic and natural skin care products available in the market today, but they are few and can be very expensive! But committing yourself to go all natural does not have to be so out of reach as we can make them ourselves! Let's start educating ourselves and learn more about what we put on our skin and what we put in our bodies. If we don't do this for ourselves, we are risking our own well being isn't it? I hope by sharing what I have learnt with you, it would make our journey a little easier, and our bodies a LOT healthier!

Here in my blog, I share with you my recipes and formulas for a range of natural skin care and health products. I will also post reviews of natural products that I have tried, and information on where to get them. There will also be tips and information to help you explore this new 'All Natural' realm. Most importantly of all, I encourage all to share, discuss, or post reviews on anything to do with natural-based skin care as we must share and learn from each other!
