Who says you have to pay money to have a spa-like experience that's great for your skin as well?!
To indulge yourself and moisturize your skin naturally at the same time, have a Milk Bath!
All you need is about a cup of whole milk powder (not low fat milk because you need the fat content to moisturize your skin). Add this into a warm bath, while the water is running so that you get a good and even milk solution. Then dip yourself in and soak for about 20 -30 minutes... and don't forget to relax ;)
If you have any, you can add about 3 drops of your favorite essential oil for added aroma....hmmmmm
