Black Tea & Smelly Feet?

 Know anyone with foot odour problems? 

Well here's a quick and natural remedy...

  • Just soak feet in a solution of very strong black tea (like Lipton) for about 5 minutes. 
  • Make sure you let the tea really steep and get dark 
(you'd probably need to use 4 - 5 tea bags per soak)

Why does this work?
The tannins in the tea change the PH of your skin and should eliminate the odour! 
Also, black tea contains a natural astringent called Tannic acid that helps to prevent your feet from perspiring
